Children’s Fitness Tax Credit

According to the documentation available regarding this new tax credit, only programs paid for in 2007 (regardless of when the program actually takes place) qualify for the credit.

If you paid for registration in our Winter session in December, you won’t be able to claim the winter session this year.

However, you will be able to claim this Winter’s programs and
next Winter’s programs (2008) on your 2007 tax return.

Beginning in the Spring, we’ll be issuing “official” receipts at registration, because everyone will need them in order to claim this tax credit.

Please be sure you keep this receipt in a safe place, as there will be a fee for the creation of additional receipts.
