Event Description:
Adrienne is currently a post-doctoral research fellow at McMaster Child Health Research Institute. For 10 years prior to this she worked as a physiotherapist in the Hugh Williamson Gait Laboratory of the Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne, Australia. Her roles there included; the post-operative rehabilitation and monitoring of children with cerebral palsy following single event multi level surgery and other complex orthopaedic and neurosurgical interventions, three dimensional gait analysis and more recently developing two dimensional video analysis for these children.

Adrienne’s PhD was titled “The Functional Mobility Scale for children with cerebral palsy: reliability and validity”. She has presented numerous papers and instructional courses at both international and national conferences and has several publications in peer reviewed journals.
