Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and assisting or redirecting callers where appropriate
• Manages expense forms and education requests
• Provides support to allied health re: client letters, mailing for program events
• Provides support to intake coordinator in the preparation of financial documents for families
• Assist with the organization of the satellite team
• Performs general reception duties for the team and liaises with Client Appointment Services
• Performs clerical duties for the team as assigned

Qualifications:

• Community College diploma – Office Administration (Medical)
• A minimum of two years administrative experience in a health care environment
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client focus
• Ability to function as an effective member of a team
• Demonstrated initiative to manage competing priorities
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computer applications with an emphasis on MS Office, Outlook, and Meditech Information System Admissions module preferred
• Proven ability to function in a busy environment with minimal supervision
