This 150-person capacity theatre-style conference centre has a state-of-the-art audiovisual system, which includes a DVD player, VCR player and LCD projector. Two built-in screens allow for easy viewing throughout the room. The only thing you need to provide is a laptop. The two podiums in this room have built-in microphones and touch panel controls to simplify presentations, whether PowerPoint, DVD or VHS. Two lapel microphones and 4 panel mics are available, as are two panel tables, upon request. Adjacent to the main conference centre is a lobby area with a kitchenette, which feature a microwave and fridge, if using your own catering. The room affords a beautiful view of the ravine and landscaped gardens.
These theatre-style conference rooms can accommodate 75 people and come with state-of-the art audiovisual systems and built-in screens. Room 1E201 features a north-facing wall with windows that overlook a beautiful ravine. Each room has podiums and panel tables, the podiums being equipped with built-in microphones and touch panel controls for your presentation needs. Lapel microphones and microphones for panel presentations are also available.
Perfect for modestly-sized business meetings, our Boardroom is equipped with a built-in projector, microphones, teleconference system, sound and A/V equipment, including a DVD player and VCR, all of which are controlled by a touch screen panel. This room also comes with a built-in projection screen. The Boardroom seats 18 people around the table and 8 people around the perimeter of the room. Windows on both sides of the room provide ample natural light with a view that overlooks the city. An adjoining kitchenette features a mini-fridge and microwave.
Our Video Conference Room is equipped with the newest worldwide videoconference equipment along with two flat screen LCD televisions, a projector and screen, audio, DVD and VCR players. This room can accommodate 13 people at a V-shaped table, with 12 additional seats around the perimeter of the room.
Our 22-person classroom style Training Room has a built-in projector and screen. This room will fit 40 people in a theatre-style arrangement.
This meeting room seats 20 people at tables in a standard square format. The room has a built-in screen, but requires a laptop and projector. It also includes a television with a VCR/DVD player, as well a whiteboard and overhead projector.
These smaller meeting rooms each fit 12 people at a table in a square format. There is a built-in screen in each room, but no audiovisual equipment. Portable AV equipment is required.
